Sales Assistants

We are currently recruiting for full-time Sales Assistants for our Retail Shops in Dublin Airport (T1 & T2) and our Flagship City Centre Store. We are an equal opportunity employer and we provide flexibility in working days and times where possible. In addition to regular work periods, we are also looking to cover early morning rosters and late evening rosters.

Skills and experience required:

  • At least three years retail experience
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, you excel in customer service
  • Previous experience within an Irish retail environment selling Irish and international giftware, jewellery, or clothing would be an advantage

    Digital Marketing Manager

    We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to join our web team. You will be working with a web developer, front-end digital media designer and content executive to grow House of Ireland’s online presence with a view to increasing sales across all channels.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Develop the annual digital marketing strategy and budget in collaboration with senior management
  • Implement strategy with a view to increasing site traffic, online customer conversion rates and returning customer numbers
  • Collaborate with eCommerce web developer and front-end digital designer to improve website performance and UX
  • Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns; monitor campaign results
  • Manage the contact database and increase subscriptions through web-marketing initiatives
  • Identify and capitalise on new online media opportunities in mobile, social media, and video
  • Ensure a consistent multi-channel approach between digital and in store marketing/PR
  • Measure, report on and continuously improve the performance of the digital marketing strategy
